During my trip back home, I joined my fellow Uni mates - Rebecca, Rachel and Kevin for a 2D1N trip at Pangkor. We didn't stay on the island, but at the Swiss Garden Golf Resort and Spa Damai Laut, which overlooks the Straits of Malacca and Pangkor Island.

A great thanks to Rebecca's father who organised almost everything for our trip - transport (including a driver), accommodation (in a spacious suite!) and even lunch at a FuZhou restaurant in Sitiawan.
Our suite with 2 bedrooms attached
Complimentary dessert, which we decorated with elephant chocolates, bought by Becky when she was in Bangkok
We initially wanted to spend more time on the island. However, we soon found out that the resort was a marvellous place and there were lots of activities for us to enjoy - archery, beach volleyball, tennis, kayaking, swimming, island-hopping, snorkelling as well as indoor games. Hence our original plan was abandoned.
Archery...concentrated very hard; yet I missed the target
Posing after a game of tennis
Kayaking...ah, it reminds me of my gruelling 5-6 hours trip to Pangkor Island from Lumut when I was in Outward Bound 11 long years ago!
Snorkelling and fish-feeding
A giant squid...help!!! The smell of dried seafood...mmm - yucks!
Certainly a great trip to remember - Thanks for the good times, friends!
